P.S. 90 is a school currently in a state of ruin. It is on Coney Island, and it has been flooded with sewage water. They have relocated the students to a different school, but they have little to no supplies. If you would like to see how hard it is to relocate an entire school, click here. They cannot go back to their other school, and get any supplies that may be salvageable. It is too dangerous. The USCC is having a supplies drive for P.S. 90, and it will continue on until they have everything that they need. A teacher from the school will be coming every Tuesday to teach a graduate class, and will pick the supplies then. We now have collection boxes in the hallways and the lobby. Look for the boxes by the stairways, and elevators in the hallways, in the lobby, and your classrooms. You may also bring supplies to room 405.
Here is the list of all the supplies that they currently need.
Keep in mind that this list applies to all ages (4-11) in the school.
They currently need:
Pencils
3-ring binders
Notebooks
Lined paper
Backpacks
Crayons
Markers
Construction paper
Printer paper
Books for all classrooms!
Keep in mind that these supplies should be unused, or GENTLY used.
This list will be updated when needed.
Also keep in mind that this school has around 600 students, and they will need many supplies, so please bring as many as possible.
